The Different Types of Property Liability

I don't think the average landlord, the mom and pop landlord, if you will, understand that your rental property has some of the exact same risks. And if you're not addressing those risks proactively, you're exposing yourself to more risk than in my opinion, you should be willing to take on. So let's get into that. Is there any difference between like a commercial business, like in a shopping mall or, you know, you have one rental property? I'm located in Illinois.
