Nishant Jen talks with Ellen Festers, a Dutch sketcher illustrator and founder of her own illustration academy the fenster academy. She tells Nishant about design thinking and how she uses it to help students achieve their goals in life. This conversation was recorded after Ellen and I met to sketch last year when i visited Utrecht. We recorded another conversation that day while sketching on the streets of Utrecht that I shared afterwards with sneaky art insiders. At the time of this recording the first batch of students at the academy were just completing their first modules. Today they are at the end of their year-long program.
