Isn't Salt Bad?

Sodium is a major risk factor for different aspects of cardiovascular disease, heart attacks, stroke, thrombic stroke. When insulin levels increase, when we are insulin resistant, then another hormone called aldosterone, which is an adrenal hormone, is elevated and it causes us to retain sodium. But the kind of demonization of sodium is not a silly thing because sodium is absolutely associated with blood pressure.
