The Importance of Reflection

You talk in your book about the importance of reflection. Ye, and i have personally found that when my ratio of doing to reflecting is off, then i hcome de motivating. I actually burned out from a previous job. The pain of that experience led me down a long reflection process. And i realize the way i'm designed is that i really value critical thinking,. i do my best work when i have chunks of time to really understand something.
