Do You Want to Be Superapparent to Food Track Triggers?
As far as diet restriction, i think it was very helpful. I unseen what i did earlier as when i was very restricted, as therapeutic. So that helped me sort of stay the course. And with circling back around, when i did brighten my diet, i wasn't particularly methodical about reintroduci foods back in. Because i'm not highly reactive to food track triggers, i'm not sure what food, yes. If it's o apparentit its nice. But then do you want everything to be superapparent ise it's got a nicer to have such reactivity? That's hard for you to pinpoint. Tr, because i don't want to backslide.
