The Importance of Limiting the Number of Investors
One of the key reasons you do it out of T is because you can limit the number of people. I think that if I was to ever do funding for my company, I wouldn't do it to everyone for internet strangers. You don't want a bunch of internet strangers yelling at you in discord being like, when the air drop, why is my floor so low? Right now I would not do that.
