The Importance of Empathy in Conversation
I always encourage my students to like hey look if you hear me saying something that sounds racist or sexist or Or anything like that call me out so we can have that conversation because apparently I didn't get it So yeah, I'm always telling them to do that. It's working on words has somebody else for being racist or ableist or sexist and like make Make opportunities for people for parts of those groups that are not in the majority.
