How Can Technology Help Us Combat Disinformation?

The way that social media intersects with these dynamics is really nating and very powerful. No platform owes anything to disinformation creators, or any dual who uses it, right? It's a private company, and they don't have to give you air time. This gets back to regulation. It seems odd that we would organize our societal political discourse around the short term financial benefit of a handful of tak billionaires. But that seems a really weird way to organ s our political system andto organize politics.
