Snowflakes

Alba smiled at her puppy's jowly and walked outside. The crisp air pinched her face gently. She'd always been curious about what the air felt like when it snowed. Each breath out was warm and white, like the lazy steam of an old locomotive. Tundra's breath formed little clouds as he happily inspected the snow covered backyard. He jumped right in the snow without a moment's pause. At first he didn't really know what to do. He resorted to rolling around in mounds of snow.
