A new report shows car thefts nationwide are surging, topping 1 million last year. Kia and Hyundai PEPs are up 100 percent. More than 100,000 of these cars went missing last year. They've become the kind of cultural phenomenon. Most of these kids don't even have a license. It's impossible to stop because there was no infrastructure in place to be able to stop it.
Turns out Kias and Hyundais are easy to steal. Teens are taking advantage, and putting it all on TikTok.
