Is Obsidian a Part of Information Garden?

Arqessa: I see what i'm doing pening on two levels. On one level, it's reactive, which is finding a way to make note of things that come to my attention and keep track of them. And the other is more pro active, which is, i have certain topics that i am interested in, that i am working on any given moment, and i'm doing research for those things. My research yields notes, things that have reconated with me, things that i want to follow up on.
