Do Not Nap During the Day

If you are struggling with sleep at night, the recommendation is, do not nap during the day. What you want to do is build up all that healthy sleepiness. So if you're some one who has fragile sleep or insomnia, you shouldn'tNap during the day. If you are going to nap, nap before two p m in the afternoon. Going later than that can be problematic for your sleep. I'm you knot a little bit like snacking before your main meal just takes the edge off your appetite. It's the same way with naps. And now when it comes time to fall asleep or stay asleep at night, it's that much harder.
