For people who don't have a degree in this field, there's definitely a lot of online classes now and certifications that can supplement some of that. You'll be doing super technical work that will give you very good experience, but may not be the most creative or expansive work for your mind. So it's now I get to be a bit more choosy. And so that's part of the beauty of having that network built in is that you just don't have to do as much work.
