How to Be a Product Manager

Product managers need to have a really good relationship with engineers. Part of that is being able to explain things in ways that they understand and you also understanding their language. Being able to tell and debug an issue with an engineer can let them know hey I'm seeing an issue here it's most likely this open up your console and point them towards the actual error message. If you're working in SAS you really should be more technically minded and focused.
