In the British literature, they're referred to as senile angiomas. And yeah, they can appear as early as age 30. In my office, we call that the patient's book for what's called a search and destroy. Where I have this tiny little electric needle, it's called a hyphricator or a desiccator. And you just, you touch it with that and it turns gray and that's it. They don't go away.
