The Gospel of Niceness
Father Gregory: What we're motivated by is a life of virtue. And so we want to be able to identify true virtues and grow in the, in the ones that we identify. But I think that the gospel is addressed to real human beings with real human needs, with real human problems. So if people esteem niceness for whatever reason, it's because they see niceness as addressing some genuine human reality.
