If you're answering these three questions, do I have the right message at the right time in front of the right audience? And now how do you distribute that that format? It's important to have these three in place, but it's not overly crucial. Don't put too much emphasis on having it perfect. You can expect to have ads running and live barely quickly; just plan on two to three weeks.
