S i do this on a regular basis, and this has become like one of my powerful good life habits. Exercise is not just about those 22 two hour segments during any given day where you devote yourself to capitally exercise. It's also about how we move throughout the day. To the extent that you can look at the way tha you're spending your day and mobilize your work flow, mobilize your relationships, mobilize everything, it can make a really big difference.
