i don't want anyone to think that if you're currently in a relationship, or like a family dynamic, where your partners are constantly disregarding your boundaries and disrespecting you. There is absolutely an exception to this. If there's verbal, emotional, physical, sexual abuse of any sort, there is no amount of inner development that you can do to fix that relationship. Its totally o k for you to get up and leave without ever worrying about positively influencing themk. That's when the work is on them. It is not on you.
