Is Deliverability the Biggest Problem?
Mailbox providers are trying to deliver a really positive experience to their users, right? So figure if your message is optimized for all the different browsers and devices and email clients and all these things, then it's more likely that recipients are going to engage positively with that mail. It doesn't have a direct impact most of the time, but it does influence the recipient reaction, which is super important. We had so much to talk about and we didn't even start on defining like deliverability, which was supposed to be the first I, someone on our list, wrote about.
