General Authorities Do Get a Living Allowance
Gordon b hinkley says there is some kind of an allowance that general authorities receive. He doesn't say how much it is, he says it's very modest, at least in comparison with other executive compensations. But the truth comes out inadvertently when we're trying to make positive points about the church. Just hours before this talk, another general authority plays the same old trope that there is no paid ministry in the church.
