How to OUX an Organization

Chewy is a big company, so I wanted to learn more about how they work. So I got into Lucid chart and because they didn't have access to FigJam, which made me really sad. There's tons of different teams which divide by design and there's product but then there's like, I call work objects. That's what I would consider like annual plans and like projects and meetings.
