Gale tries to enter her future memories here, but it's not working. So she decides to kill herself. She removes all the air from this compartment and passes out. Then she ends up in her memory is chased by someone she's going to refer to as the mule. He grabs her and demands to know where the second foundation is. And then she hears salvoar's voice and returns to the present to tell them what she experienced.
