How Do You Walk Away From That?
For the average person competing in a trace lap c t f, that level of separation might not be necessary. If you've with a really dark story, you need to be able to get up and walk away. And for people on my t tray labs teams, or friends, if they're really struggling, i'm like, you have to walk away. That is an area you need to either walk away from and not involve yourself in, or if you can handle that, then you need to cope with after the fact.
