The Advantages of Kenyan Runners

Kenyan runners are born at an altitude where they have a larger lung span. So I wonder whether a more difficult case for you than the basketball case would be the Kenyan runners. We don't stratify society by height, but we do buy ethnicity and nationality. And so I think on your reasoning, we should have a different class for Kenyan runners versus other countries at a lower altitude without that natural boost.
