The Feminine Role in the Workplace

I think a lot of people would be so much better empowered if I said your tendency as socialized to be more caring, to be really kind, to be like somebody whose understanding is good. In fact, it's going to make you an excellent manager because managers that don't listen to the people that they work over and aren't good at socially coordinating people are fucking shit. But what I don't want is femininity being like social management of people isn't a feminine thing. It just means that in this base capitalist world, femininity is one of the most valuable things that you could bring into a workplace.
