i've had pretty good landlords for the most part, i mean they were responsive to our needs and charged like market rent. The first place that i lived in after college, i actually did live in student housing that had just like, millions and millions of roaches in it. I think harry was probably a pretty bad landlard. So much of the impression that i got from from the landlord's was, doonw t. Do less, make more. Ri put the minimum amount of effort in to get the maximum amount of returns. Get a bunch of college kids in your house, you're not ge to have to worry about fixing a stove or changing out the poop light
