Why Dominant Parties Have Declined in India?
The reasons for why dominant parties there a sort of a decline don't have to apply to india at all. The last big split within the congress party in i last 20 years was a sharpabar and manta bandag. After that, like in post two thousand four, wehave not seen any big splits in the congress party. So no big splits being happening in last ar 20 years. And in my opinion, it will keep happening because now congress has basically chosen the worst option for itself. There are good reasons for it - despite like the famous g 23 writing the letter, an occasional outburst that keeps happening.
