How to Communicate With Stakeholders on Estimates
Estimates is an easy question to ask and a tough one to get back on because everyone understands it differently. So my small life hack around that is that I use a pattern of, I guess, all around the world. The governmental reply when you try to communicate with any of the post office or anything like that, they always get back to you within 12 days. They always have the 12 days gap so they can properly understand on their side what you're asking,. Ask all the stakeholders on their side and provide the information so there is no circle backs around that.
