The Differences Between Twitter and Threads

Threads is very, very similar to Twitter in a way that it looks. You can essentially use Threads and kind of forget that you're on Threads. But there are actually very big differences which may well mean that Threads is kind of unusable for journalists like me and I'm sure many others. It does not have a very good search function. It doesn't have hashtags. So the main reason that I would use Twitter is from a news perspective, it's almost useless from that perspective. If they don't make that search function better and quickly, how many people will stay using the platform?
