How to Be a Product Researcher

I guess my current role is really like refining a certain method that then other researchers can start using. And so what I've been doing personally is going, has been kind of jumping around on different products within our portfolio of IBM software. So I have had to make myself be very laser focused on just the benchmarking aspect of it. But for the purposes of the time amount of time I have, we already have a lot of internal resources that are on the competitor profile and analysis usually.
