Product Discovery Is the Key for Delivering Value
product discovery is key for providing values. It's very important to do this product discovery in a complete iterative way, so it's not a done exercise and then you focus mostly on how to deliver it. Product managers need to make sure that they avoid falling into the scramfal trap. What i call by scrum fall trap is when your product is planted into a kind of waterfall style, but then it is executed in scrum without revisiting your origin plan.
