As a kid you were focused on, I'm getting my place in that team. And that was very much around your own drives and your own ambitions. That process of learning not to be selfish and then start to look at the wider group is a journey that you obviously went on. For example, I was given the captaincy at 23. Now you're going to have to start thinking about other people because becoming a footballer at a professional level, it is a lot of it is about you and getting yourself right. Yet you're part of a team but your job is to make sure that you contribute and bring your strengths to that team.
