Maple Sin Circuits
maple sin circuits are a Jackson Reese, a modification. Used to be a long time ago the reason that maples and circuits were used for the delivery of anesthesia was because the old anesthesia machines had heavy inspiratory and expiratory valves they were made out of glass. They got stuck easily and you couldn't expect a little baby to move those things effectively. Today the machine use a very lightweight plastic it's almost like a communion wafer kind of lightness so it's not an impediment to flow anymore even for a small baby. And how much you use depends on where the pop off valve is.
