Vanta is a tool that lets you install agents on all of your data to send to the cloud and then from there generate like some kind of report. It makes me wonder if that is the new trend for all the compliances that are kind of selling this kind of tool, which is install some agents on your thing. Like as I remember it, you don't have to use an agent with Vanta. But my real concern is just that people are spending more time following out these checklist that are not lined up with the reality of how SOC 2 actually gets used.
