Critical Thinking Education - How to Improve the Quality of Our Reasoning

System two thinking is crucially important for deliberative decision making, but we spend only a fraction of our days in system two mode compared to system one. So if our goal is to improve the quality of our beliefs, decisions and judgments, we have to understand that all of these are products of this complex dual processing system. Logic and argumentation will need to be supplemented with different kinds of literacy, training, if they're going to be effective supporting players in everyday reasoning.
