The Justice Department Charges a Former President for Mishandling Classified Documents
A justice department controlled by Democratic president Joe Biden is charging a former president, someone who very well could be Biden's opponent in the general election come 2024. So how do you prosecute a case like this? Well, that's why it's being handled by a special counsel. Attorney General Merrick Garland, right, is really nowhere on this.
