The Effects of a High Carb Diet on Glucose Levels

The high carb diet led to 13.5 milligrams per deciliter higher fasting glucose, but the standard deviation was very high 29.7 milligram/deciliter across 95% of a large population. The ultimate fate of glucose is disproportionately good at lactate rather than to be fully burned for energy. So I think that I'm unhealthy compared to the average person with respect to biotin and pyruvate carboxylase, but I think I'm healthier than the average person in terms of insulin signaling and glycolysis overall.
