Is the Lady of Cabeo a Hoax?

The church looks for whether the seer attempt to profit from their revelations. It also looks at whether they can return to a healthy christian life after the apparitions are over. In this case, the seers didn't try to get rich, and they did go on to lead healthy christian lives. So given all this, we don't have good evidence for a hoax. What can we say about our lady of cabeo from the faith perspective? We've eliminated the plausible natural explanations, but do we have positive evidence that would point to the apparitions involving something supernatural?
