Hobby Lobby vs. Alito

Gloria Borger: Samuel Alito has furiously denied any impropriety in the Hobby Lobby decision. She says it could be that Gail Wright or Schenk was just a lucky guesser, or they engaged in educated speculation and turned out to be correct. The alternative is that Alito's categorical denial is false; he knows full well there won't ever be an investigation into his claim of innocence. Borger: If you're disinclined to believe Alito, you're probably wondering what can be done. It seems like Justice Roberts may not really want an answer at least on this one.
