The Importance of Listening to Feedback
Shane: Have you ever met a leader that's even in the most senior position of an organization that has not said to you at some point, honestly, it just feels like sometimes I have no idea what I'm doing? And he's very honest about this whole thing. Shane: When you see people up close and personal like that and they're vulnerable and they're raw enough to say, look, I'm winging it. Then you actually understand, well, they want feedback. They need feedback. If they want to be a good leader, they have to hear that feedback.
