Transgender or Transsexual?
Transgender means to cross, and sis means on the same side of. When we're born as babies, you're assigned a sex which is often different from your gender expression. For trans people, am cross that perceived to cross some kind of invisible barrier in our culture about gender and sex. Lhike: Do youvefhelk, you have to keep coming out about who you are? Isn't that tiring for you? And d you ever just want to just be a young woman and live and not have to keep explaining who you are in life?
