Is There a Problem With the Flat Fee Approach?

There's a lot of really successful advisors that have great, very intentional practices that are on a flat fee model. But we have to acknowledge that there's failings in every fee model and every practice model. Time blocking right that falls under surge and not checking your emails is a big one. Some clients may want the flat fee others, maybe not at all.
