i tell people, always make sure you're wearing the appropriate footwear. Don't worry about zero drop or barefoot wear. Whatever's comfortable for you. Those are some of the biggest things i get. I've been wearing yeasies while i runa ha ha, ha, ani, you can wear whatever the hell you want. A, i think i once went for a bite still wearing my weight lifting shoes. So bea. Bro ougo may laugh. It's kind of funny, because i mean, there've been, i got down runs and, like, my dedless shoes. They hold on the pendel pretty well ith the heck.
