There's a short-term ability to focus and some people rely on that in order to help their child not fall behind in school. The first big study I did with medication was looking at academic functioning. Medication has big short-term effects, but there are no long-term effects. So, the big question is why that doesn't make sense? And can you just speak... I want to come back. People are very interested in hearing more about parent training and techniques if you can suggest some practical things for people.
