The Relationship Between Mom and Her Mom in Real Estate
If you just give your mom the basics and she understands those, I think she's going to be better off. She can re-add more complexity to optimize a little more if she decides to do that. If she truly thinks that mom needs somebody to talk to about her money, maybe one of the best things she could do would be to start interviewing some fee-only planners that are on mom's wavelength where they get along really, really well.
