iPadOS 17: USB Webcams Should Now Work on iPadOS
The keyboard shortcuts are not quite 100% there yet, but as Federico said, it's beta one. I'm keen to go back home and take my Logitech webcam, plug it into my iPad Pro and see what happens. There should be support for video and audio routing when you're using an iPad Pro with a personal display and an external webcam plugged into your iPad. Now, the details so far are pretty non existent.
