What Are the Key Metrics and Numbers That You Look at Within Your PE Firm?
For the lower middle market that we're in, typically we would use between 3 to 3.75 debt to even on multiple day one. And then as we grow size and scale, then we'll often approach our exit somewhere in the three and a half to four and a half times debt to even range. So we typically have higher leverage when we go to exit our companies than we did day one.
