Photo Storage API Authentication

The authorization code isn't enough on its own to access the API. That needs to be presented back to Dropbox to our photo storage site in concert with authentication of the printing site. And so what I want to do is give this photo printing site something that will allow it to access the photo storage APIs, but only for the user that authorized and only for whatever parts of the API that the user authorized it for.
