The Negro Melody Singers

Free concerts were held all over the city during this period. One of the busiest performers was a choral artist, an african american woman named wenita hall. She even had small roll tom in show boat on broadway in 19 28. In 19 36 she formed a small choir called the wenitaHall chorus which performed over five thousand times. At this time, the work's progress administration offers a programme by the negro melody singers under the direction of doctor nikolay soklo.
